WEEKENDS

If your appointment is on a weekend, the doors and elevator will be disabled and locked for building and tenant safety.

Ka Oakland

Ka Oakland is located inside Arthaus Studios.

ENTERING

Arthaus is a very secure building. There are two ways to enter. You can enter through the Main Entrance and check-in with the receptionist. You will be asked to sign in with your name and e-mail. They will alert me to your arrival.

I will also send you a door code a day before or on the day of your appointment. The door code will change every appointment. You can use the door code to enter through the side entrance (to the RIGHT of the main entrance in the corner). Once you’re in that entrance, you have the option to turn right, go up the stairs to the second floor, use your door code again to access the second floor entrance, and walk through the hall to Suite G15.

If you don’t feel like using the stairs, then instead of turning right, go straight through the next door, you will pass a kitchen, vending machines, and the mailroom on your left side. Go through the back double doors, turn right, you will find an elevator, that you can take up to the second floor, and again, you’ll go to Suite G15.

WEEKENDS

If your appointment is on a weekend or after 5 PM, there will be no receptionist to check in with and you will have to use the door code that I send you to enter the building.

PARKING

Guests can park within the gates of Arthaus for a maximum of two hours. Please do NOT park within any spots marked in RED (detailed on this page). The exception is on weekends, where you can park in most open spots.

There is additional parking on the street, as well as, a spillover gated lot on the corner of E. 9th and 26th, across from the Mary Help of Christians Church.

If you park outside of the gate and the gate is locked, the door code I provide will also let you into the parking gate/ pedestrian gate.
