Cancellation and Late Policy

Because my office is small and I see only one patient at a time, my cancellation policy is very strict to honor the time and effort it takes to prepare for each treatment. I also enforce this cancellation policy to respect the time of my other patients and to ensure the smooth flow of my clinic.

Late Policy

If you are going to be more than ten minutes late, please reschedule your appointment.

Late Fee Invoice will match the service you were booked for.

Initial Appointments (Both Acupuncture Private & Initial Facial Treatments)

If cancellation for an initial private or an initial facial acupuncture treatment is less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you forfeit the $100 that you paid at the time of booking.

If cancellation for an initial facial acupuncture treatment is less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you forfeit the $200 that you paid at the time of booking.

Return Acupuncture Treatments (60-minute and 35-minute)

If cancellation for a return private treatment is less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, but you are using credits from a previously purchased package or special, you forfeit that credit.

If cancellation for a return private treatment is less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, but you are NOT using credits from a package or special and were planning to pay for a one-time appointment, you will be sent an invoice of $100.

If cancellation for a return express private treatment is less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, but you are using credits from a previously purchased package or special, you forfeit that credit.

If cancellation for a return express private treatment is less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, but you are NOT using credits from a package or special and were planning to pay for a one-time appointment, you will be sent an invoice of $80.

Facial Treatments & Microneedling

If cancellation for a return DELUXE facial acupuncture treatment is less than 24 hours before, but you are using credits from previously purchased package or special, you forfeit your credit AND you will be charged an $125. late-cancellation fee.

If cancellation for a return DELUXE facial acupuncture treatment is less than 24 hours before, but you are NOT using credits from a package or special and were planning to pay for a one-time appointment, you will be sent an invoice of $185.

If cancellation for a FEEL GOOD facial acupuncture treatment is less than 24 hours before, but you are using credits from previously purchased package or special, you forfeit your credit AND you will be charged an $95 late-cancellation fee.

If cancellation for a FEEL GOOD facial acupuncture treatment is less than 24 hours before, but you are NOT using credits from a package or special and were planning to pay for a one-time appointment, you will be sent an invoice of $125.

If cancellation for a microneedling treatment is less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you forfeit the $200 that you paid at the time of booking.
